Blush Hacks: L-Shape vs. V-Shape Application

Blush Battle: L vs. V – Which Look Wins?

Blush isn't just about adding color to your cheeks—it's a secret weapon for shaping your whole face! Today, I tested out two fun techniques using my favorite spring blush: Pink in a Pinch. Let’s talk about the difference and see which one you’d rock.

The L-Shaped Blush

On one side of my face, I followed an "L" technique. Think of it as a more structured, classic approach. I’ll admit, doing it with my non-dominant hand (I’m left-handed!) was a little awkward, but we made it work. This method focused the blush more on the apples of my cheeks, giving a soft, youthful, rounded look—kind of like that fresh-from-a-run glow.

The V-Shaped Blush

Now for the other side—this one’s all about the V. I blended it out just a bit more, but still stayed within the same general shape. This technique lifted my face visually, giving that sculpted, cheekbone-snatching effect.

So... Which Side Wins?

One side brought out a sweet, natural flush, while the other gave a more defined, snatched look. Both have their charm, and honestly—it depends on your mood or the vibe you're going for that day!
