If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Subtl Beauty will gladly refund any unused or gently used products. 

Please contact us at hello@subtlbeauty.com letting us know and our team can assist you further. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase; credits will be issued to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund any shipping charges.

Once the return has processed, please allow 5-10 business days for your payment to be processed back to you. We will send you an email confirmation when your return is processed on our end, but please keep in mind that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Ordered The Wrong Concealer Shade?

Subtl Beauty will gladly exchange your concealer if the shade you receive isn't your match. We do not currently offer courtesy exchanges on any of our other products at this time.

How long does it take to process a return?
