Return Policy on ALL orders

Subtl Beauty will gladly exchange or refund any unused or gently used products. Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase; credits will be issued to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund any shipping charges.

Once received, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation when your return is processed on our end, but please keep in mind that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Product:
