All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Subtl Beauty.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase by emailing retail@subtlbeauty.com, Please include your order number in the subject line and a return reason in the body of the email.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once the return has processed, please allow 5-10 business days for your payment to be processed back to you. We will send you an email confirmation when your return is processed on our end, but please keep in mind that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective product?
If you believe that a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at retail@subtlbeauty.com and our team will take care of it.
