Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when preorder item is shipped.

The preorder date is an approximation based on our vendor communication. We will update product details with any new information regarding ship dates as we receive them, and will send out communication for any major delays.

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing longer-than-normal ship times, especially to countries with closed, or partially closed borders. Please be mindful of this when you purchase.

Standard Domestic (5-9 business days): $3.97**Standard Shipping is free when you spend $55 or more.

Canada (10-12 business days): $11*Standard Shipping is free when you spend $85 or more.

International (14-18 business days): $9*Standard Shipping is free when you spend $85 or more.

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive and process your order (business days do not include weekends or holidays).

If you are concerned about your stack arriving on time, feel free to get in contact with us and we will do our best to prioritize your order during processing.

We try to get our orders out within 3 days, however, the health and safety of our employees is our top priority so as a result of COVID, we have dialed back how many people can work on orders at a given time.

Please allow us a couple of extra days to get your order out the door.

Size Augmentation and the Reality
Fun Fact: We provide more makeup in our Lip + Cheek and Concealer layers than most "Full-Sized" makeup being offered online and at stores like Sephora and Ulta. Full-Size can range anywhere from 2.6g to 5g, and we are offering 3.5g in our solution. Most other cosmetic companies skew their packaging with double-walled jars, and extra wide compact surfaces to make it seem like you're getting a ton of makeup, but more often than not, you are only getting a fraction of what you think you are getting. 

Our packaging may be super compact, but we are certainly not skimping on product :)

Skin Sensitivity
We made sure to only select ingredients that were safe for sensitive skin.

That being said, if you're integrating any new product into your routine, you should do patch testing beforehand. Your skin can be especially susceptible to irritation if your skin isn't used to change aka you've had the same routine for a long time, so if this is the case, it's widely recommended to integrate the product slowly - start with 1-2 days a week and go from there.

Cruelty-Free? Yes!

Vegan-Friendly? Our Shine Control Powder, Highlighter and Bronzer powders are all vegan. We are working on vegan Lip and Cheek and Concealer as we speak!

Age

Our stacks are perfect for every age! We have happy customers ranging from teens to 70+ !

Skintype
Our concealers are definitely more dry-combo friendly but our shine control powder is perfect for setting any makeup if you have oil-prone skin. Our Lip and Cheek is great for all skintypes and if you have super dry skin we recommend swapping out your powder bronzer for a darker concealer shade instead <3

Every stack comes with a compartment in the bottom, a sponge applicator, and a lid.

We sell extra lids on the website but we don't recommend buying an extra lid unless you're looking to create two stacks, or if you have more than 7 products.

Make sure you don't close your stack too tight! It only requires a subtl(e) twist to close each layer.

If you find your stack is stuck, remove the layers that aren't stuck and then try to open again. It might help to turn the stack around to get a different angle.

If you're building custom stacks for multiple people, you can go ahead and order the products on the website and then just send us an email at hello@subtlbeauty.com and let the team know how you would like them separated. We will make sure each stack has it's own lid, base and applicator (on us.)
