• Stak 2.0 is 1cm larger in diameter, allowing for more product in each layer, increasing product longevity.
• Stak 2.0 is now refillable using mono-material, improving sustainability.
• We improved the stak-ing experience by adjusting the threads to prevent layers from getting stuck.
• The new mini brush is conveniently stored in the bottom compartment of stak 2.0.
• Stak 2.0 introduces a functional mirror, a highly requested feature.
• The dry brush cleaner now has its own layer in stak 2.0.

Send your order number and request to our team and we will try our best to take care of it for you. Changes to your order are able to be made up to two hours after your order is placed. If your order has already begun the fulfillment process, we are unable to make any changes.

We ship to all 50 states within the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Most countries charge import duty for goods upon entry. Import taxes and customs duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver.

Payment is charged immediately at checkout, and not when preorder item is shipped.

The preorder date is an approximation based on our vendor communication. We will update product details with any new information regarding ship dates as we receive them, and will send out communication for any major delays.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be impacted by unforeseen carrier delays. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

US: 

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95 USD

Standard Shipping is free for orders over $65.

Fedex 2-Day Shipping (2 business days): $18.95

2-Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Canada:  

Standard Shipping (3-10 business days): $17 CAD, duties and taxes calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping is free when you spend $115 CAD or more, duties and taxes calculated at checkout.

Australia:

Standard Shipping (8-15 business days): $25 AUD

Standard Shipping is free when you spend $155 AUD or more.

If applicable, "Same Day Shipping" on an order means that the order will leave our warehouse the day you order it! If an order is placed before 1pm EST, the order will be assembled and shipped out the same afternoon.

Processing time:

Although we aim to get your order out in the same or next business day, sometimes an increase in order volume may cause a delay. If you need assistance with an order, please email support@subtlbeauty.com for assistance.

If you have placed your order, and you need your items by a certain date, please reach out to us at support@subtlbeauty.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

You can enter your gift card details on the payment page of checkout.

if the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click complete order. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Subtl Beauty will gladly refund any unused or gently used products. 

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase; credits will be issued to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund any shipping charges.

Once the return has processed, please allow 5-10 business days for your payment to be processed back to you. We will send you an email confirmation when your return is processed on our end, but please keep in mind that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

We will gladly exchange your Cream Concealer if the shade you receive isn't your match.  You can process your exchange in your account section here.

We do not currently offer courtesy exchanges on any of our other products at this time.

All powder products PAO (point after opening) is 18 months, while cream products have a PAO of 12 months.

No worries! We know shopping online can be tough. We have a really great shade matrix with over 85000 matches in our database. You can check it out on our concealer page.

Our packaging may be optimized for on-the-go, but this ain't your momma's typical TSA-brand. 

Size Augmentation and the Reality
Fun Fact: We provide more makeup in our Lip + Cheek and Concealer layers than most "full-sized" makeup being offered online and at stores like Sephora and Ulta. Full-size can range anywhere from 2.6g to 5g, and we are offering 3-3.9g in our products. Most other cosmetic companies skew their packaging with double-walled jars, and extra wide compact surfaces to make it seem like you're getting a ton of makeup, but more often than not, you are only getting a fraction of what you think you are getting. 

Our packaging may be super compact, but we are certainly not skimping on product. :)

No, but we do recommend wearing a sunscreen under your makeup.

Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, and vegan. For more information on our ingredients, see our Ingredients page.

Skin Sensitivity
We made sure to only select ingredients that were safe for sensitive skin.

That being said, if you're integrating any new product into your routine, you should do patch testing beforehand. Your skin can be especially susceptible to irritation if your skin isn't used to change and if you've had the same routine for a long time. If this is the case, it's widely recommended to integrate the product slowly - start with 1-2 days a week and go from there.

Cruelty-Free? Yes!

Vegan-Friendly? Yes! All of our products are vegan.

Our stacks are perfect for every age! We have happy customers ranging from teens to 70+ !

Skintype
Our Cream Concealers are more dry-combination friendly, but our shine control powder is perfect for setting any makeup if you have oil-prone skin. Our Lip and Cheek is great for all skin types. If you have dry skin, we recommend swapping out your powder bronzer for a darker concealer shade instead.

Every premade stak comes with a standard lid, base and brush. If you spend $100 on our cosmetics, a mirror lid is also added to your order.
