How to Apply Bronzer and Achieve a Natural Glow

Pauline is here to give you the full run down of our Bronzer Collection! From swatches and shade analysis to placement and contour hacks, this tutorial has it all.

Each bronzer in the collection is lightweight and buildable, featuring a natural, matte finish that provides the perfect sun-kissed glow without the UV damage! The dual-purpose, mineral-based bronzer is great for enhancing cheekbones, defining jawlines, and contouring your nose, all while being full of benefits for your skin, too!

Our formula is Vegan, Gluten-Free, Talc-Free, Fragrance-free, and Cruelty-Free. Additionally, our bronzer is formulated with antioxidant-rich ingredients, like Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Green Tea Extract, and Pine Bark, that combine to naturally protect the skin against environmental stress.

How to Apply

Find your starting point

To apply bronzer, you want to find the U, V, or L shape on your face where your hairline dips and points out. Once you've located this area, start at the top of that line and stamp your bronzer about halfway down your face so that it ends right at the middle of your eye. This will give you a natural-looking contour.

Brush and buff your bronzer upward

To lift and contour your face, brush and buff your bronzer upward. This will enhance your natural shadows and give your face a lifted look. Don't forget to bring any leftover bronzer into your hairline, jawline, behind your ears, and down your neck to make everything look seamless.

Use the "three trick" for foolproof application

If you can't remember where to apply bronzer, use the "three trick." Just make the number three on your face, starting from your forehead, going down to your cheek, and then to your jawline. This will give you an easy guide to follow.

Define your nose and eyes

For a more defined look, tighten the retractable brush up to a dense setting and apply bronzer on the sides of your nose, then bring it up into your eyebrow and crease for a natural-looking eyeshadow.

Add some definition to your collarbone

If you have an open-chested top, add some definition to your collarbone by popping some bronzer on the divot. This will give you a subtle shadow effect that looks gorgeous.

And that's it! With these easy steps, you can achieve a natural-looking, sun-kissed glow using Subtl's Bronzer Collection. Try these tips let us know what you think. Happy bronzing!
