I love to work out at the gym in the mornings and I usually get ready for my day in the gym locker room after my sweat sesh. Gonna brag for a second and say that I’ve perfected packing my gym bag!
Everything is streamlined so that I have what I need without my bag weighing 20 pounds. For all of my gym-goer gals, I hope this is the inspiration you need to pack for the gym and reach those fitness goals you’ve set!
Here are my 7 tips for packaging a gym bag like a pro
- Shoes should be placed at the bottom of your gym bag with socks inside of them.
Marie Kondo-Roll your clothes. It saves space and keeps your clothes neat and tidy.
- Invest in travel-sized hair tools.
Buy travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.
DRY SHAMPOO. THIS WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE.
